Costs may vary based on the number of rooms, required wiring or electrical adjustments, existing smart devices, Wi-Fi coverage, and any add-ons such as smart shades, EV chargers, or whole-home audio.

Yes. Most clients choose a 50/50 structure - 50% deposit to begin work, and 50% upon completion.
Additional financing options may be available depending on system size.

Any changes are reviewed with you before implementation. Additions or removals simply adjust the final invoice based on equipment and labour.

We’ll let you know during the initial assessment. If upgrades are needed (such as new dimmer circuits, Wi-Fi mesh expansion, or low-voltage cabling), you’ll receive a clear itemized cost before work begins.

Smaller packages typically take 1–2 days, while advanced multi-zone or energy-monitoring installations may require 3–5 days. You’ll receive a scheduled timeline after your assessment.

Every package includes a 1-year support period. If something doesn’t work as expected, we’ll adjust routines, optimize device settings, or revisit your setup.

We are mainly focused on the North Vancouver and West Vancouver homes but also cover the surronding Metro Vancouver areas.
