Smart Home Package

1. Estimated Pricing

All package prices shown on the HomeSphere Lite website are estimates based on an average single-family home.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Home size & layout

  • Wiring accessibility

  • Number of devices requested

  • Structural or electrical limitations

  • Additional customization requested by the homeowner

A final quote is provided after the in-home or virtual assessment.


2. Payment Terms

Industry-standard payment terms apply:

  • 50% deposit due upon project approval and booking

  • 50% due upon completion of installation and system commissioning

The deposit secures equipment ordering, scheduling, and project allocation.

Accepted payments:
Invoice via online payment link.


3. Non-Payment & Collection Policy

If the remaining payment is not made:

  • System activation, advanced automations, dashboards, or remote access features may be temporarily disabled until payment is received

  • A late payment notice will be issued after 7 days

  • After 30 days, unpaid balances may be forwarded to a third-party billing or collections partner

  • Warranty and support services are suspended until the account is in good standing

HomeSphere Lite retains ownership of all installed smart devices until full payment has been made, unless otherwise stated in the final invoice.


4. Installation Requirements

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing access to the home at scheduled times

  • Ensuring Wi-Fi coverage is adequate for connected systems

  • Ensuring electrical outlets are available for hubs or devices

If upgrades are required (e.g., Wi-Fi mesh, electrical additions), they will be quoted separately.


5. Warranty & Support

Each package includes 1-year support from the completion date:

  • Troubleshooting

  • Minor configuration adjustments

  • System health checks

Device warranties are based on the manufacturer’s warranty period.


6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once equipment has been ordered

  • Cancellations before procurement incur no charges

  • Cancellations after work begins require payment for labor completed and materials installed

  • Installed devices cannot be returned once opened or paired


7. Changes & Upgrades

Any request to add or modify devices outside the original package will be quoted separately.


8. Compatibility & Limitations

HomeSphere Lite supports Google Home, Alexa, Apple HomeKit, and compatible third-party systems.

Not all features may be available on all platforms.
